Spring Newsletter
Hello Everyone,
Spring has sprung, and we are currently enjoying the Easter weekend with our families.
It has gotten much warmer over the last few weeks, with the sun already getting quite hot on some days.
This means that every child will need to bring a hat with them every day, as well as Sunscreen.
We try to go outside every day, no matter the weather. That is where layers come in handy; it's sometimes still a little chilly for t-shirts, but with a long sleeve shirt or thin sweater, the kids can take off a layer and still be warm enough!
All children need to have a Water Bottle with them every time that they attend. This can be filled up or empty, and if you prefer, it can be kept here.
Please remember to wait outside when picking up your children. You can wait outside the door or in your vehicle. If you like, you can let us know when you are a few minutes away, and we will get your kid(dos) ready for you.
A simple text or knock on the door to let us know that you are outside also works.
Please DO NOT hold the door open when we are bringing your child in or out.
We try to limit the time of the door being open, so that we can ensure that
"the heat stays in, and the cold stays out".
(*in the colder months, we often lock the front door to help with this)
At morning drop off, if you could say goodbye to your child(ren) before we open the door, we'd greatly appreciate it! This will also help!
